AMPISAN-C PLUS
Ampisan-C Plus is combination of two potent Antibiotics Ampicillin & Cloxacillin. Ampisan-C PLus is broad spectrum. It ancountered gram+ve and gram-ve organism. Cloxacillin is effective against Pencillinase producing Staphylococci. It is a mixed bacterial infection. Ampicillin may be inactivated by Pencillinase Enzyme when used alone but in Combination with Cloxacillin as Ampisan-C Plus, Ampicillin which is inactivated by pencillinase retains its activity in presence of Cloxacillin. Since Cloxacillin selectively binds itself to the Enzyme Pencillinase there by rendering it .
COMPOSITION:
- Ampicillin Sodium IP Eq. to Ampicillin 1.5 gm.
- Cloxacillin Sodium IP Eq. To Cloxacillin 1.5 gm.

DOSAGE
- Dissolve the contents of 3 gm..
- vial of AMPISAN-C Plus in 10 ml.of distilled water.
- Shake well before use. Intramuscular or slow I.V. route.
